Puneet Dhaliwal

Puneet Dhaliwal represents clients in all labor and employment law matters, focusing on matters involving protection of trade secrets and proprietary data.

Prior to joining Littler, Puneet was a litigator at a well-known Boston based litigation firm. She represented employers and individuals in unfair competition and trade secret litigation as well as commercial litigation. She also advised clients on how to protect proprietary data.

While in law school, Puneet interned for the Hon. Sarah Netburn at the Southern District of New York.
