Marielos Acosta is a lawyer graduated from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) with an emphasis on Business Law. She focuses her practice in Private Labor Law and Social Security. Marielos has solid experience in the private sector, providing advice in the labor and corporate area to various companies, including those that, due to their line of business, are subject to special regulations.
Furthermore, Marielos has experience in the special regimes sector, including call centers and BPOs, in terms of compliance with labor and administrative regulations. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Tax Law, aiming at expanding her training and professional capabilities.
