Overview

Kyle Wu has experience representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and age discrimination cases, as well as wrongful discharge, FMLA and state leave laws, and Fair Labor Standards Act and State Wage Law claims. He also counsels employers on workplace matters, including employment policies and handbooks, medical and religious accommodations, employment contracts, workplace discrimination investigations and policies, and other employment issues.
