Kathleen E. Okon has defended employers in all aspects of employment law, including federal and state employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases, and wage and hour matters. Kaytee’s experience also includes counseling clients on developing employment policies, leaves and accommodations, and more.
Prior to joining Littler, Kaytee was an attorney in the labor and employment practice group of a full-service Chicago law firm.
During law school, Kaytee served as a judicial extern for Justice Robert E. Gordon for the First District of the Illinois Appellate Court, a teaching assistant for Legal Writing & Analysis and Introduction to Advocacy, and as article editor for the University of Illinois Law Review.
