John W. Hofstetter advises and counsels management on a variety of employment law issues, including policy and procedure on workplace discrimination, Title VII, ADEA, ADA accommodations, discipline and discharge, wage and hour, and prevailing wage laws. He represents clients in administrative hearings and mediations before state and federal employment commissions, as well as in state and federal court. John’s practice also focuses on assisting companies with unfair competition issues, such as the theft of trade secrets and the enforcement of noncompete, nonsolicitation, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements.
In addition, he is actively involved in Littler’s pro bono initiatives, serving as the Cleveland office’s liaison to the firm’s pro bono committee.
Before joining Littler, John worked as a litigation associate in the Cleveland office of a full-service national law firm.
