Jason "Jake" Borchers has extensive litigation experience that includes unfair competition and class action wage and hour cases. He also handles claims that arise under:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • The Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA)
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • The California Family Rights Act (CFRA)

He regularly appears in state and federal courts, as well as before numerous administrative agencies, including:

  • The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
  • The Occupational Safety and Health Administration
  • The Department of Labor
  • The Department of Fair Employment and Housing
  • The California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement
  • The California Fair Employment and Housing Commission

He also represents clients in arbitration and mediation and handles all aspects of administrative law.
