Gwin Duangnapa advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters arising under both state and federal law. His practice includes claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
Prior to joining Littler, Gwin spent eight years as a consultant at an economic and statistical consulting firm. He also worked as a consultant in the advisory services group of a Big Four accounting firm.
During law school, Gwin was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, earned Dean’s List honors, and was a member of Hunter Moot Court. Gwin was a law clerk for a plaintiff-side employment law firm, served as a summer clerk at a public defender’s office, and was a summer associate at Littler.
Outside of work, Gwin has served as a mentor at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, a nonprofit youth mentoring organization.
