Gonçalo Caro's main area of practice is employment law and employment litigation, both nationally and internationally. He provides legal advice to companies in the private and public sectors, as well as companies in the state business sector.
Gonçalo's main responsibilities focus on providing day-to-day legal advice on employment matters, representing clients and companies in court in employment disputes, preventing harassment, violence and discrimination in the workplace, and copyright and related rights in the employment context.
Gonçalo is the author of several articles on labor issues in scientific journals, a speaker at events related to labor law, and is currently studying for a master's degree in law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
