Evan second-chaired a two week jury trial in a litigation for a small hospitality client, which resulted in a complete defense verdict on claims for disability discrimination and whistleblower retaliation. Evan also second-chaired an arbitration in a breach of contract matter for a Fortune 50 client, resulting in a complete defense ruling.
Evan also uses his experience from a well-respected employee-side firm where he was employed during law school to anticipate issues and arguments both before and during litigation. This insight has proven invaluable in prevention and defense of litigation.
