Overview

Eric M. Schultz advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal laws. 

Eric has significant experience defending single-plaintiff and class action employment cases and advising management on difficult employment issues. Eric handles a wide variety of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation claims under laws such as Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA and the FMLA, and wage and hour claims under the FLSA. Eric also defends whistleblower actions in front of government agencies such as OSHA and the NLRB, and he provides proactive and practical advice and training to employers regarding all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
