Eric Fineman focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Eric was an assistant attorney general at the Texas Office of the Attorney General in the General Litigation Division. The majority of his docket consisted of defending public universities and state agencies against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and a variety of constitutional claims. Eric has handled all phases of litigation. A notable victory includes winning a jury trial in state court, defending a state hospital against a whistleblower claim.

During law school, Eric served as chair of the Board of Advocates, president of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and student representative on the Hiring Committee for the Dean of the Law School.

Eric's background includes positions as a policy analyst, software consultant, and chaplain.
