Overview

David J. Dow defends clients in all types of employment-related litigation, including:

  • Wrongful discharge
  • Breach of contract
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Retaliation
  • Defamation
  • Wage and hour issues

He also represents employers in traditional labor relations matters, such as arbitrations, contract negotiations and National Labor Relations Board matters, and advises clients on a wide range of employee relations issues, from wage and hour issues to leaves of absence and employee discipline. He is fluent in Norwegian.

In law school, David was articles editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
