Danielle L. Jacobs represents and counsels employers of all sizes in a wide array of labor relations and employment law matters.
Her litigation practice focuses on defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation actions. Danielle vigorously defends employers in New York state and federal courts, as well as in proceedings brought before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the National Labor Relations Board. Additionally, Danielle advises employers on matters related to unfair labor practices, the collective bargaining processes, as well as employment policies and handbooks. Danielle is committed to client satisfaction and has a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the legal community.
During law school, Danielle served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Joanna Seybert, U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York, and as a legal intern with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 2 office. In addition, Danielle was the senior research editor for the Hofstra Law Review at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and received numerous awards and honors for her work studies in labor and employment law and public service.
