Cristina Alma McNeiley litigates employment-related disputes and provides day-to-day advice on employment-related issues to companies of all sizes across the country. Cristina has experience defending companies in single and multi-plaintiff actions in state and federal courts, in arbitration proceedings, and before various administrative agencies. Cristina also drafts and revises handbooks for companies.
Prior to joining Littler, Cristina practiced in the labor and employment and commercial litigation practice groups of two other AmLaw 100 firms.
During law school, Cristina served as a judicial extern to former Northern District of Illinois Federal Court Chief Judge Ruben Castillo. She was also an editor for the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal, inducted into the prestigious Bar and Gavel Society, and earned a Labor and Employment Certificate.
Cristina is very dedicated to serving her community. She currently serves as the Communications Secretary for the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, she is on the Associate Board of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms, and she is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. In addition to serving the legal community, Cristina is a founding member of Butler University’s Latinx Alumni Association, and she’s an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
