Overview

Corinn Jackson has over a decade of experience as an employment lawyer and legal trainer, providing clients with counseling, advice, and innovative solutions to issues like pay equity compliance, harassment prevention training, and inclusion, equity, and diversity. As part of her work with the Littler Pay Equity Assessment™, Corinn works with in-house counsel and human resources professionals to manage pay equity analyses, and facilitate process improvements and efficiencies. Corinn is also one of the founding architects of the Littler X-celerator, the firm’s onboarding tool for tech startups.

Corinn has extensive experience conducting interactive employee and management training sessions for employers in a wide variety of industries, including entertainment and retail, on harassment prevention, lawful and effective workplace investigations, and other employment issues. She also regularly advises national employers on grooming and appearance policies and compliance with various state CROWN Acts.

As an associate at Littler, Corinn's practice included matters arising under:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Other state and federal laws governing the employment relationship

Corinn has been an adjunct professor at the USC Gould School of Law, where she taught courses in legal writing and advocacy and contemporary issues in human resources.
