Cláudio’s main responsibilities are advising companies regarding restructuring (with or without collective dismissal, and with or without job position elimination), dismissals, and representing clients before labor inspection and courts.
Cláudio has a background in team coordination and client management. He also has experience working directly with clients, having integrated a secondment team at a company dedicated to urban waste management. Recently, he has developed a close connection with public hospitals, providing support to both human resources and legal officers.
