Overview

Christine Agbelese focuses her practice on labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Christine gained valuable employment law experience as a member of the labor and employment department of a Philadelphia insurance defense firm. Her employment law background includes defending employers in state and federal court against claims of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).

Christine earned a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2021. During law school, Christine was an active member of the Black Law Students Association, and became the president of the Temple Chapter of the organization in 2016. She was also an active member of the Name-Change Project throughout her time at Temple.
