As a member of the Knowledge Management Department, Christine McDaniel Novak works closely with the firm’s attorneys to effectively and efficiently answer clients’ labor and employment law questions, as well as to collaborate and develop work product resources to increase value to Littler’s clients. Christie supports Littler’s Privacy and Background Check Groups by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on legislative, regulatory, and caselaw developments that impact labor and employment law on the national and international level. She is a contributor to Littler Edge, for which she provides analysis of recently enacted statutes and regulations, monitors federal, state, and local pending legislation, and manages 50-state surveys covering various employment law topics.
Prior to joining Littler, Christie was senior counsel and of counsel at two national firms and worked on a variety of litigation matters, including national products liability defense and eDiscovery.
