Overview

Brittany R. Frank represents and counsels employers and management clients in all aspects of labor relations, employment law, and related litigation. Brittany has represented employers in New York state and federal courts as well as in proceedings brought before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the National Labor Relations Board. She has experience defending discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.

Prior to joining Littler, Brittany was an associate at a law firm where she represented various employers in New York state and federal litigations involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as negligent hiring, retention, direction, and supervision. She also handled litigation involving claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law.

Brittany served as the managing editor of articles for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. While at Hofstra, Brittany participated in Hofstra’s Community and Economic Development Clinic, where she advised small businesses on incorporation and assisted with the preparation of corporate bylaws and employee manuals. She was also a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association and the Dispute Resolution Society.
