Overview

Bianca M. Young is a skilled litigator with a demonstrated focus on delivering strategic, client-focused solutions. She has significant experience defending employers against allegations of discrimination, pay equity, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and contract disputes in state and federal courts. She also regularly defends clients in matters before federal, state, and local administrative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Prior to joining Littler, Bianca handled medical malpractice and premises liability cases for national retailers, healthcare providers, and nonprofit organizations. Her well-rounded legal experience is bolstered by a deep commitment to justice, exemplified by her work with the Boston College Innocence Program during law school and continued commitment to pro bono initiatives.
