Austin Hee

Austin Hee focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. Prior to joining Littler, Austin worked at the Office of the Corporation Counsel of New York City representing the City in state and federal employment matters involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and New York State and City Human Rights Law claims. He handled all aspects of litigation from pleadings through trial.

He previously worked at the New York City Mayor’s office as legal counsel to a multiagency task force and brought affirmative litigation actions on behalf of the mayor’s office.

During law school, Austin interned at the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Labor Bureau and the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York.
