Alan Emurian focuses his practice on labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Alan worked as a staff attorney at a leading international firm. In this role, he conducted research and drafted legal memoranda for employment and litigation matters and provided legal project management. He drafted litigation trend, market intelligence, and other legal and regulatory updates and reports for various internal practice groups, including the employment group. During law school, Alan worked at a Los Angeles litigation firm, where he conducted research and drafted memoranda for numerous practice areas.
