Overview

Micah Fysh advises employers on all aspects of labour and employment issues. He has experience with drafting contracts and workplace policies, collective bargaining, union certification, labour arbitrations, and wrongful dismissal litigation. Micah has particular experience with human rights law and accommodation issues, occupational health and safety, and workers’ compensation matters. He has participated in workplace investigations, particularly into allegations of workplace harassment.

Prior to joining Littler, Micah was at a leading labour and employment law boutique firm in Ontario, where he also articled.

Micah was senior editor and business manager of the Ottawa Law Review. An avid mooter, he was invited to represent the University of Ottawa at the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition in the United States, as the sole Canadian participating team.
