Katherine Romanowski

As a lawyer at the Berlin office, Katherine Romanowski advises her clients comprehensively on individual and collective employment law. With her determination, discipline and reliability, she ensures that she always finds the most legally and economically advantageous solution. Her empathy enables her to take into account not only the legal aspects of a problem, but also the underlying individual needs and challenges of the people involved. Her regular strength and endurance training reflects her ambition and stamina, while her enthusiasm for traveling and getting to know foreign cultures underlines her openness and adaptability.

Katherine previously worked as a human resources manager, and as a research assistant in employment law while with an international commercial law firm. 

She completed a legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf at the Regional Court of Krefeld and the second state examination in 2022 – 2024.

She studied at the University of Hamburg with a focus on employment law and the first state examination.
