Javier Molina leads the firm's Valencia, Spain, office, and brings nearly three decades of experience in labor relations and deep knowledge of the Valencian community. His practice focuses on counseling employers on collective bargaining and productive decentralization processes, as well as on issues related to workplace accidents and occupational risk prevention. He also advises on labor matters for German companies doing business in Spain, as well as Spanish companies operating in Germany.
