Overview

Carlos Hernán Godoy founded Godoy Córdoba Abogados over 25 years ago and chairs its Labor Law, Collective Bargaining, and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups.

Carlos is regularly invited to speak on current topics in labor law and social security by the most prominent professional associations in Colombia, such as Asociación De Gestión Humana (ACRIP), The Colombian- American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM),  Colegio de Abogados, Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia (ANDI), among others.

Carlos has been a professor of law at the Universidad Javeriana for 32 years and has taught at other universities, including Universidad de los Andes, Universidad del Rosario, and the Universidad de la Sabana.
