In an article on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) revised guidance for compensation discrimination, Littler’s David Goldstein notes that he believes discrimination is not as prevalent as the OFCCP suspects. He advises contractors to have good practices in place that reflect what Title VII and the Equal Pay Act require and to adopt the best practices for complying with the laws, and to provide numerical data as well as job titles when they are audited.
