Overview

Sara Elgndy represents employers in a wide variety of employment law matters. She handles all aspects of claims filed in federal and state court, in addition to alternative dispute resolution forums and administrative agencies. Sara’s background includes discrimination and wage and hour claims under federal and state law, and breach of employment agreements and restrictive covenant litigation.

Sara provides advice and counsel for matters involving the application of federal, state, and local laws. She has experience drafting employment policies and employment agreements for clients.

Prior to joining Littler, Sara was a senior employment associate at a boutique employment law firm.
