Overview

Gonzalo Morales represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and wage and hour violations.

In addition to representing employers in single and multi-plaintiff matters, Gonzalo has significant experience defending complex wage and hour actions including actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) in both state and federal court. Gonzalo also regularly represents employers in arbitration proceedings and before administrative agencies.

While attending law school, Gonzalo was an articles editor of the Hastings Law Journal and completed a judicial externship for the Hon. Jeffrey S. White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
