Overview

Daniel L. Nash is a nationally recognized trial lawyer focusing on labor and employment matters. Dan has successfully litigated a number of widely publicized class and complex cases in federal and state courts and administrative agencies throughout the country.

Dan has extensive experience representing clients in the sports industry, having successfully handled some of the most high-profile cases involving professional and amateur athletes on behalf of sports leagues, individual teams, athletic conferences and other sports organizations at both the professional and collegiate levels. Throughout his career, Dan has been recognized as one of the preeminent sports lawyers in the country, described in leading publications as a “Sports Law Trailblazer,” and employment law “MVP,” and a “Power Player” among outside counsel in the sports industry.

Dan has served as a member of the adjunct faculty at the law school of the American University in Washington, D.C.

During law school, he served as an extern law clerk to the Hon. Stanley Mosk of the California Supreme Court.
