Matt Morris has nearly a decade of experience representing employers in litigation and advisory matters. His broad practice focuses on defending employers against all manner of claims, including claims of discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination under both California and federal law. Matt also manages and defends employers in large-scale wage and hour class actions, as well as lawsuits brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.
