Overview

Einar Engh has extensive experience in employment and labour law advice. He has worked for approximately 25 years with employment and labour law issues. He is ranked as one of the country's leading employment and labour law lawyers in international and national rankings.

Einar has extensive litigation experience from all courts, and has been admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court since 2008. He works mainly with employment and labour law advice within individual and collective labour law, and covers the entire spectrum of employment and labour law.

Einar has assisted major Norwegian and international companies with investigations, downsizing, business transfers, reorganisations and negotiations with trade unions.

He has extensive lecture and course activities, and is the author of the book Nedbemanning grunnet virksomhetens forhold. He is also co-author of the book Konkurransebegrensninger i arbeidsforhold and co-author of Gyldendals kommentarutgave til arbeidsmiljøloven.
