Overview

Sherry N. Shayan advises and represents employers on a wide range of employment litigation issues, including both single and multi-plaintiff cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, Private Attorney General Act actions, and wage and hour disputes. She also advises clients on all matters pertaining to employment issues, including revisions to employee handbooks and policies, and provides advice and counsel to employers regarding state and federal employment laws.

Before joining Littler, Sherry built a strong foundation in employment law by advising and representing both public and private employers. Her experience covers a wide range of employment law issues, making her well-equipped to handle complex legal challenges in this field. While at UCLA Law, Sherry served as an Articles Editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal and as a Writing Advisor for UCLA’s Legal Research and Writing program.
