Martina Vianello represents and advises employers in all areas of employment law and industrial relations.
Her practice focuses on various areas, including: dismissals and disciplinary procedures; management of labor relations; negotiation and drafting of second-level agreements; development of policies on gender equality, smart working, welfare, and diversity and inclusion; drafting of employment agreement and special clauses (e.g. confidentiality agreement and stability agreements); benefits and compensation.
In addition to her specific knowledge of employment law, she has a solid understanding of criminal law.
Before joining Littler, she worked in-house as HR legal, afterward joining an employment law boutique.
Her education includes an advanced course on Corporate Criminal Liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001, organized by Università degli Studi di Milano in 2022, and Legal English – English for Law & International Transaction (EFLIT), in collaboration with Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca.
