A proud Massachusetts native, Sebastian is a dedicated employment attorney committed to serving the needs of clients in the Commonwealth. Sebastian is skilled in all areas of employment law, including litigation of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. He also provides comprehensive advice and counsel to clients on employee handbooks, policies, wage and hour issues, and executive contract negotiations. In addition, Sebastian is adept at handling disputes involving noncompete agreements and other restrictive covenants.
After receiving a B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts and a J.D. from NYU Law, he gained extensive experience in the labor and employment space, working for several firms in New York City.
