Overview

David McIsaac focuses his practice on labour and employment law matters. 

David's background includes experience as a summer and articling student with Littler. 

During law school, he competed in the Mathews Dinsdale National Labour Arbitration competition. He also volunteered with LAWS (Law in Action Within Schools) and with Ontario’s Pay Equity Office.

Previously, David worked as a compensation consultant at some of Canada’s largest banks and as a compensation analyst at a large retailer.

While completing his master’s degree and working professionally, David was a teaching assistant for the Compensation Management course at Ted Rogers School of Management, TMU (Toronto Metropolitan University).
