A new law in Brazil and a Directive in the EU now sit at the top of employers’ list of concerns for 2024. The mandatory reports required by these laws could raise a wide-range of issues for companies with operations in Brazil and EU, including data privacy; internal policies on salary, career and women’s programs; social media backlash; and potential fines and legal measures. In this fast-paced webinar, we will address those issues as well as:
