Michael Agalarov’s main areas of practice include individual employment law, contract drafting and review, and questions of liability. An ambitious and determined linguistic talent, he makes a point of delving deeply into the structures and goals of his clients, enabling him to provide high-quality counsel.
Michael was previously a research assistant at Kliemt.Arbeitsrecht in Düsseldorf, and served a legal clerkship in Munich and a legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Munich. He completed stations at Schmid von Buttlar & Partner mbB, and at the German Foreign Office at the Embassy in Prague. Michael completed his first and second state law examinations in Munich in 2018 and 2021, respectively.
He is a doctoral student at the Center for Employment Relations and Employment Law (ZAAR) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany. He also studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and Bordeaux, France.
