Rui Rego Soares

Rui Rego Soares mainly focuses on labor and employment counseling, on a national and international level. He provides legal advice to companies in the private and public sectors, as well as companies in the state-owned enterprise sector.

Rui’s main responsibilities are centered on providing daily legal advice on labor and employment subjects, preparation of employment contracts and termination agreements, dismissal proceedings, disciplinary procedures, representing clients before labor inspectorates and courts.

Rui will soon start the Postgraduate Course in Business Law promoted by the Private Law Research Center (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
