Overview

Sandra Szybak-Bizacka is head of the compensation and benefits team. She has longstanding experience in assisting businesses in the area of labour law, in particular in cases associated with employment and dismissal of employees, including executive staff, in-house regulations, working time and overtime work relations with trade unions, company social benefits fund, employee saving plans and employee pension scheme.

Sandra regularly publishes articles in legal newspapers and conducts training sessions on employment law. She is the co-author of the labour code’s working time commentary.
