Overview

Tiffany din Fagel Tse represents and counsels employers facing a wide variety of labor and employment law issues, including violations of restrictive covenants claims, failure to accommodate claims, and claims of discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination. She has successfully defended clients in all aspects of the litigation process and has achieved favorable outcomes in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Departments of Labor, and Offices of Human Rights.  Her practice resides in the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas, where she has represented clients with local, national, and international workforces.

Tiffany has substantial experience in counseling management and human resource professionals, which includes regularly advising employers on best practices to avoid potential litigation. In this regard, she has extensive experience advising employers and defending litigation involving issues such as:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights of 1964 and state fair employment practice acts
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Whistleblower and retaliation
  • Business torts, including defamation, breach of contract, and other business competition and solicitation issues

She also manages internal investigations on behalf of private and governmental entities, drafts and negotiates employment and severance agreements, and assists employers in updating their employment handbooks and policies to comply with recent federal and state laws.

Before joining Littler, Tiffany practiced at a large multi-practice firm where she focused on labor and employment law matters.
