Overview

Jasmine R. Little is a litigator who focuses her practice on representing employers of all sizes in single and multiplaintiff employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation in federal and state courts throughout the Southeast. Jasmine has experience in a variety of employment-related areas including:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and 42 U.S.C § 1981
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Family Medical Leave Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act

Jasmine regularly appears in federal and state court, at arbitration, and before agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the North Carolina Department of Labor. 

Earlier in her career, Jasmine was a plaintiff’s attorney representing single plaintiffs in wrongful termination claims in North Carolina. During law school, Jasmine externed at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. She also interned with the Charlotte City Attorney’s Office and Wake Forest University School of Law’s Innocence and Justice Clinic and Litigation Externship Clinic.
