Jessica Kingston advises and represents clients in a range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, FMLA, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment, and retaliation claims. An experienced litigator, Jessica has defended claims in federal and state court, as well as before the EEOC and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights.
