Overview

Victoria A. Kovanis represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters arising under federal and state laws. Victoria also advises clients on many aspects of the employment relationship, including drafting and revising personnel policies.

Prior to joining Littler, Victoria spent seven years at an international full-service firm in San Francisco and Palo Alto.

During law school, Victoria participated on the Honors Trial Team and the Moot Court Team, and served as lead articles editor on the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary. Victoria’s activities outside the classroom included the following: judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge Robert McQuaid, Jr. (D. Nev.); legal extern for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, U.S. Department of the Treasury; legal intern for the Civil Litigation Division at the U.S. Embassy in London, U.S. Department of Justice; and summer law clerk for the General Counsel of the Air Force, U.S. Department of Defense.
