To state the obvious, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has dramatically changed life as we knew it. Gatherings and events have moved from the public world of shared spaces to the physically distant virtual world. A prime example of this is virtual litigation. Depositions, mediations, arbitrations – and even trials – no longer take place in the conference room and the courthouse, but rather occur over the internet.
