Employers calling employees back to work will find they face new challenges when it comes to leaves of absence and accommodation requests. In addition to new obligations to provide paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave, employers must consider their obligations toward employees who may be particularly vulnerable during the ongoing pandemic, such as elderly employees and employees with certain preexisting conditions. The speakers will discuss these and other issues faced by employers as they return to work.
