As Connecticut employers make plans to return to work, Littler’s New Haven office presents a three-part webinar series addressing key considerations for legal compliance and a smooth transition to the new normal.
As Connecticut braces for what will hopefully be the final phase of their COVID-19 journey, employers need to start developing a strategy - how the return to work will affect the return of work. Attorneys from Littler's New Haven office will provide an overview of the employment and labor law issues that must be taken into consideration as companies prepare to reopen. For three 60 minute webinars we will focus on various return to work issues, including federal and state leave laws, the CARES Act, furloughs and layoffs, labor relations developments, unemployment benefits and the complications likely to arise as business resumes and we adapt to the new normal.
