As New Jersey and Pennsylvania brace for what will hopefully be the final phase of their COVID-19 journey, employers need to start developing a strategy - how the return to work will affect the return of work. Shareholders from Littler’s Philadelphia office will provide an overview of the employment and labor law issues that must be taken into consideration as companies prepare to reopen.
