Overview

Olivia Florio Roberts represents and advises employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters. Olivia’s practice includes advising and counseling clients across the full legal spectrum. She also has experience in litigation matters, including cases involving wage and hour and discrimination/harassment issues. She has also provided employers with assistance on projects related to traditional labor law.

Olivia started her career with Littler as a summer associate in the San Francisco office, where she honed her client relations skills. She enjoys the customer service aspect of being a lawyer, and is always searching for new ways to solve the problems her clients face.

During law school, Olivia was a law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. She also served as a comments editor on the UCLA Law Review, and was the chief managing editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Additionally, Olivia competed as a brief writer and oralist in the 2019 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. Before attending law school, she was an assistant paralegal at a large employment-based immigration law firm.
