Overview

Sarah R. Boxer advises and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Sarah has experience representing management in single plaintiff, class action, and representative matters, defending against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She also conducts workplace investigations and assists with addressing issues of workplace violence. Sarah has experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and defending employers in traditional labor matters.

Previously, Sarah was an associate in Littler’s San Francisco office, and worked as a deputy attorney general in the Employment and Administrative Mandate Section, Investigations Group within the California Department of Justice. 

During law school, Sarah completed pro bono work including working at an elder and dependent abuse clinic for two years. In addition to being a senior style editor on the UC Irvine Law Review, Sarah worked as a research assistant to two professors and served as a community fellow.
